DOWNLOAD LATE SHIPMENT DATA

Downloading massive data sets takes significant bandwidth. By implementing an asynchronous download, Logward lets users continue using the platform while waiting for their download to complete. Customers find particular use for this when viewing their carrier dashboard and downloading late shipment data for reports. Exports are available as CSV, Excel, PDF, or HTML.

TRACK DATA MAPPING TASKS

Also done asynchronously for improved user experience, this task manager will monitor data that gets mapped to Logward in order to ensure successful completion. Should something go awry, such as having port names not matching, users will receive an alert for the error to easily clean and re-map the data.

WHO DID WHAT: NOT A GAME OF CLUE

To find out who changed what within the platform, users no longer need to guess Mr. Green with the candlestick in the billiard room. The Activity Log shows which users took significant actions and manipulated organizational data within the platform so that changes can be understood and modified if necessary.
