Allocation Forecasting

Shippers can forecast allocations through the platform. Plus, they can view the deviation between the actual allocation and the forecasted allocation on a quarterly basis. This helps them optimize their capacity utilization and make the most out of what they procured in their tender.

Client Branding

Shippers can add their own branding on the platform, such as company logo or banner abiding by the International Standards of Compliance.

Updated reports

Users have more permission control over the reports along with dynamic assignment and generation of dashboards for each role based on the permissions they have, as opposed to the earlier version where users had to seek support from the Logward team.

Other updates are:

- Feature visibility: to enable and disable features according to your needs. Only super admin users are allowed to use feature visibility.

- Easy search for Lookup: write keys and values for the Lookup you want to use for your search.

TIP: SAVE A TEMPLATE IN BULK IMPORTER TO SAVE TIME

‍

The Bulk Importer functionality allows you to directly import data from the toolbar and then map individual columns to keys. But you already knew this. What you didn't know is that you can save these mappings in a template for future imports, which saves you a lot of time!

• Use the "Import" button to upload data from your system to the platform.
• Choose "Bulk Importer" from the side-bar on the left.
• Before you begin mapping data from your files to Logward tables choose "Create new template", this saves all your mappings into the template.
• Re-use the template the next time you want to import data.

This month I would like to share with you a functionality that saves you a lot of time and completely changes the way you handle documents: Document Management.

Has this ever happened to you that you are frantically looking for that one critical freight invoice or packing list in your computer system but just cannot find it. I have been there...

But this does not happen with Logward because you have Document Management. It is a central repository where you archive and manage your essential documents with ease. All objects, from transport orders  to single line items, are organized in parent-child relationships, enabling seamless access to documents across different hierarchy levels. Say goodbye to the stress of locating relevant documents!
