March 2022 Product Update
This is Ivan, Logward's product manager, writing this as I try to stay dry here in Hamburg. After kicking off the year with several product updates, we would like to share with you how we improved 3PL collaboration and user experience. Check all our news, and more, below!
INCREASED 3PL FUNCTIONALITY
As the saying goes, too many cooks spoil the broth. Shippers working with several stakeholders can experience similar consequences due to miscommunication and lack of clarity. However, the updated 3PL functionality makes collaboration easier and more transparent, so that no information or shipment gets "spoiled". That's why users can now set access permissions and choose which accounts can see certain data.
NEW WAREHOUSE TIME SLOT MANAGEMENT
Time Slot Management includes a 3PL integration that shows booked slots as "occupied" to 3PL users. Users can see an overview of bookings by hovering over the time slot, while also checking the audits of their bookings.
NEW CO2 CALCULATOR USER INTERFACE
The new step-by-step user experience helps distinguish different legs of a shipment. Start by selecting your main mode of transport and, if necessary, adding pre-carriage and on-carriage. After adding origin/destination and weight, we generate the shipment's CO2 footprint. For more advanced metrics like gCO2e/tkm, an email will land in your inbox. Try it today!

The app text editor boasts additional features. You can now make your emails bolder by adding more personalization - from font to color.
